This program is intended to provide top PhD/MS/BS Engineers and Scientists in Software, Hardware, Manufacturing, and Development the chance to work on truly challenging and world-impacting projects that will alter the landscape of the industry.
Venture participants work collaboratively to solve high-profile engineering problems selected by our CEO and President. You will be a member of a diverse team of the strongest technical talent in the world, giving you ample opportunity to expand your own skill set and professional network.
The Venture is a 24-month program. During that time, you will work on a small team within the Venture cohort. At the end of the 24-month period, participants in Venture will leave the program and assume permanent roles within their sponsoring executive's organization. Additionally, Venture alumni becomes part of the expansive alumni network that offers guidance and support to those who have completed the program.
