As part of our Business track, you will oversee the company’s operations and ensure we meet our goals. You will be tasked with a wide variety of responsibilities that include leading key, corporate-wide strategic initiatives and setting the standards for legal, ethical, and competitive practices.
As an HR professional, this will include communicating to our employees worldwide and partnering with management to implement human resource plans that support our business objectives. You may be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering corporate programs such as pay, stock, benefits, relocation, training and development, immigration and retirement. You may also be responsible for developing effective staff sourcing strategies and implementing cutting-edge HR technology and systems.
In Finance, your work will have an important influence in driving Intel's profitable growth. Our Finance professionals typically receive 18-to-36 month assignments in one of our many operations business groups. In your assignment, you will perform financial and operational audits to enhance internal controls and process improvements. You may also consult on and provide leadership in capital investments, cost reduction, and expense controls.
