This is a highly collaborative role working across an interdisciplinary organization of Design, Integration, Test, and Reliability engineers;
You'll aid the integration of semiconductor lasers with other silicon photonic components. Your tasks will additionally include laser and test structure design, data analysis and validation, as well as assessment of reliability of semiconductor lasers during integration with silicon photonic products.
You may also be called upon to do FMEA analysis to assess Laser Design, Process and Materials. defining reliability tests, and failure analysis to provide insight into failure mechanisms
This is your opportunity to work with an exciting emerging technology with brillian minds from around the world. You will need to demonstrate capability to present statistical correlations between wafer level test data and reliability data the definition of improvement strategies.
