As a Module Integration and Yield Engineer at Intel, you will get the chance to design, execute and analyze specified engineering experiments. You will have the opportunity to help develop intellectual property. To make the most of the understanding gained from your experimentation, you will work in collaboration with suppliers to design new equipment and develop equipment improvements. You will build effective working relationships to better identify shortcomings and mitigate issues by proposing and evaluating hardware modifications. You will also be able to operate the manufacturing line to integrate all steps necessary for the efficient production of complex microprocessors.
As a key player in advancing our innovations, you will bring experience in Laser Optics, Digital Signal Processing, and Image Processing to the role. You should demonstrate familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles. You will also be able to evaluate and maintain semiconductor equipment.
You must possess a Ph.D. in an Engineering or science discipline such as Physics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biochemical Engineering, and Computer Engineering.
