As a research scientist, you’ll be working alongside other Intel researchers to invent new techniques or technologies that advance the field of real-time rendering. Your work will become part of a long-term technology vision that impacts our graphics hardware and software products. Our researchers are a part of a long process that starts with investigating applications of scientific principles and concepts to potential innovations often 7 years or more before Intel adds them to a product road-map. Your projects will fuel Intel's growth in computing, communication, technology, manufacturing, and new business opportunities.

Successful research scientists have advanced degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or Physics. We’re seeking top talent with knowledge of GPU architecture, workload and performance characteristics, micro-benchmarking performance analysis, video game development, rendering and visual effects software, and parallel programming environments such as TBB, OpenCL, and CUDA. We also value strong technical writing skills, publication experience, and presentation experience.
