As a Physical Design Engineer, you'll be tasked with ensuring timing convergence at the SoC level, hierarchical design planning and path clearing of complex integrated circuits and blocks. You'll also perform all aspects of the SoC design flow, from high-level design planning of assembly levels and floor-planning, to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power, as well as other backend electrical verification tools to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing.
You will be joining a world class physical design organization creating the next genration of conenctivity solutions. To succeed in this role, you'll need expertise in Static Timing Analysis as well as in Synopsys Prime-Time tool usage to analyze complex timing problems. You'll also need the skills to triage and come up with timing fixes, the ability to drive timing convergence at the assembly level of hierarchy or SoC.
