An Insight into What You'll Do
As an Information Security professional, you will be a subject matter expert in application security, providing information and support on new developments, best practices, and the latest threat landscape. You will also conduct application security C9assessments of Intel’s custom and commercial off the shelf applications, as well as partner with key business and technical stakeholders across the entirety of Intel’s business groups to implement application security by design.
Information Security employees analyzes and interprets the latest security threats and makes updates and decisions for internal policies, processes, and capabilities.
Your role in the Information Security group may need you to:
- Develop and deploy application security training and awareness.
- Support external engagement and outreach activities as required.
- Define, develop, and document application security best practices.
- Partner with peers to communicate and determine application security requirements in data inventory and mapping initiates.

You should be a subject matter expert in security, and be able to advise improvements and help execute integration of security technologies throughout the development, deployment, and support life cycle.
