Our Organizational Design professionals assess and redefine capabilities within an organization to meet the demand of a new or existing business strategy. This may include adjusting org structure, processes, lateral capabilities, rewards and measurements, and people processes.
As an Organization Design professional, you will focus on performance management, succession management, and organization planning processes that align with Intel’s core values.
You may also have the chance to develop and implement learning programs and assist with strategic planning and management of various talent and organization development initiatives. This includes providing organizational consulting to support improved performance across all levels of the organization (entry to executive level).
