As an HR Specialist, you will play an important part in finding and keeping talented people and making Intel a great place to work.
You will lead key corporate-wide strategic initiatives and set the standards for legal, ethical, and competitive practices. You will also communicate to Intel employees worldwide and partner with management to implement human resource plans that support our business objectives. You may also be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering corporate programs such as pay, stock, benefits, relocation, training and development, immigration, and retirement, as well as developing effective staff sourcing strategies and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies and systems
