An Insight into What You'll Do

As an HR Compensation and Benefits Manager at Intel, you will help design, oversee, and implement our compensation and benefits programs. This includes monitoring salary structures, balancing staffing needs with cost controls, and ensuring that policies, procedures, and programs align with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision.

In this role, you may also consult with internal business partners, such as department heads, to assess benefits, compensation, and compliance needs. In addition, you will have the chance to educate, mentor, and train HR staff on processes and professional practices within these areas. It's also important to be aware of changing federal and state employee benefits regulations, as well as the shifting needs of an organization’s workforce.

In this roll you may also:

  • Research and make recommendations on retirement and insurance plans.
  • Evaluate competitor compensation and benefits packages.
  • Create policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Manage third-party HR vendor resources such as brokers and consultants.
