As part of our HR team, you will lead key, corporate-wide strategic initiatives, set the standards for legal, ethical, and competitive practices, communicate to Intel employees worldwide, and partner with management to implement human resource plans that support our business objectives. You could also be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering corporate programs such as pay, stock, benefits, relocation, training and development, immigration and retirement, developing effective staff sourcing strategies, and implementing cutting-edge HR technology and systems.
