Responsible for identifying problems and opportunities to provide solutions that help achieve the business goals. Drive efficiency, promote innovation and improvement throughout the areas of the Americas Payroll and Benefits Organization and beyond. Lead key projects locally and globally applying different methods, metrics and tools. Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Systems
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel knowledge
Advanced English level
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Data analytics, automation and project management certifications.
