The candidate will be a member of the Internet Of Things Group (IOTG) / High Velocity Silicon and Platform Engineering (HSPE) Product Development Engineering (PDE) and Silicon Operations (SiOPs) team.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing silicon operations support with technical program management leadership
Technical engagement and management leadership of cross-site/multi-disciplined teams for new product launch and existing mature product lines
Interface with various cross-site/cross divisional multi-disciplinary teams in order to assess proposals for product additions to the IOTG roadmap. With focus on data analytics, statistics, DOE, familiarity with mfg. databases and Viper
Additionally the candidate will be chartered to partner with Intel manufacturing, Fab, Sort, Assembly, and Test, to support the IOTG roadmap extended life requirements.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills in addition to the qualifications below:
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Be self-motivated, and have the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Demonstrate skills to work with a high level of ambiguity, versatility, and flexibility to adapt to new situations
An engineering related degree, Electrical Engineering or Statistics preferred, or equivalent experience
A technical master's degree in a related field plus at least 3+ years of related experience or a technical bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5-7 years of related experience
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Statistical Data Analysis and Structured Problem solving is required
A strong working knowledge of Intel manufacturing is required
Experience as a factory interface, silicon product development and sustaining, strong networking skills along with a strong foundation in Intel Architecture basics
Some fab/sort test background
A basic understanding of E-test, DLCP, Sort/Class test yields, Max Bin Splits, etc.
