The Parallel Runtimes Engineering (PRE) Fabrics team is looking for a Software Development Engineer to help develop and maintain new test suites to validate Open Fabrics Interfaces across high speed networks and fabrics. These test suite development activities will focus on High Performance Computing (HPC) which include next-generation scalable fabrics, offloaded communication capabilities, and compute engines for large scale parallel applications in the Data Center and in the Cloud.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates
Bachelors Degree in with 3 years of experience or Masters with 2 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
1 years of experience with the following skills:
Developing code in C language
Python and Linux scripts
Developing code in a Linux OS environment
Experience using open source development and source control tools and processes
Experience with Linux sysadmin
Experience with the Linux RDMA subsystem programming interfaces for highspeed networks such as InfiniBand RoCE or OmniPath
Experience with GPU programming
Experience of network programming and network protocols
Experience with Continuous Integration CI Tools
