The Planning Operations Analyst will be a senior Individual Contributor (IC), who will own the supply chain operations to maximize Intel's supply, including materials and capacity. The candidate will develop supply chain strategies across Intel Factories and suppliers to support the corporate strategic vision.
In this role you will help Intel with the following, but not limited to:
Applying advanced analytics and optimization modeling to find patterns and relationships in data to help optimize inventories, components, and create supply strategies.
You will drive transformation projects to improve the supply chain capabilities.
Conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify areas of opportunity to further optimize processes and gain productivity.
You will manage executive report outs to management, including Vice-presidents and General Managers.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or closely related field.
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, data analytics (Power BI, Tableau or alternative data analytics tools).
4+ years of experience of stakeholder management at a executives and directors level.
Flexible to work across different time zones to support business objectives.
Advance English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain or Business Analytics.
Lean Manufacturing experience.
Value Stream Six Sigma certified.
