The Customer Fulfillment APT is chartered to deliver best in class IT capabilities and support for Finished Good order planning and promising to maximize Intel order bookings and revenue.This position is for the Supply Planning Customer Fulfillment IT APT manager for delivering enterprise capability in support of Finished Goods order planning and promising. With the tremendous challenges our customers face (cost, yield, availability, velocity, safety, etc.), these capabilities will play a crucial role in providing solutionsMain responsibilities:As a manager, set priorities for the teamGet results across boundariesEnsure an inclusive work environmentDevelop employees, and manage performance.Supervision/management of an IT function/site/corporate operation. Day to day functional management of the organization, to include performance management, training/developing, forecasting/reporting, and budgeting/expense control. Set future direction and plans. Ensures operation meets basic user, headcount, and quality guidelines. Represent operation. Provide training program. Provide day to day operational reporting/tracking indicators. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or any related field, OR equivalent experience (4 years)
2+ years of experience working in Agile projects
2+ years of People Manager experience
4+ years of experience in developing IT solutions in Supply Chain Management areas
Expertise in Order To Cash, Order Planning, Order Fulfillment and Promising functions
2+ years of experience with SAFe methodology
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and processes

This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.Work Model for this Role
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
