Working hand in hand with the hiring team and the recruiter you manage the flow of talent into and through the process. Intel is seeking passionate and experienced Technical Sourcers that thrive in a fast-paced environment and who leave no stone unturned in their effort to identify top talent in the areas of IC design, validation/verification, software, hardware and systems engineering or related technologies.

We are looking for people who have proven success as a Sourcer or Full Cycle Recruiter in past positions and are looking for an exciting new challenge. You must be able to successfully manage prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting and meeting customer expectations. The best candidates will draw on their knowledge of talent acquisition their deep curiosity for technology and a desire to forge dynamic relationships with customers and partners. No resume shufflers or paper pushers allowed!

As a Technical Sourcing Specialist your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.

  • Partner with Recruiters to manage, develop and execute on effective and efficient sourcing strategies.

  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates using various search techniques.  Review, assess and refer active candidates through many of our onsite tools.

  • Serve as an ambassador for Intel as the initial point of contact with candidates through outreach and initial phone screens to determine fit.

  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.

  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact recruiting strategy.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Fast learner that quickly grasp changing new and emerging technical roadmaps that affect hiring and skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent.

  • Partners with other business functions to deliver quality candidates and an excellent experience.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years of Technical Sourcing or Full Cycle Technical Recruiting experience with a search firm,  agency or inhouse recruiting team.

  • 3+ years of experience in: Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management tools such as Taleo, Workday, Smashfly, etc.

  • Experience recruiting talent with a security clearance in cyber intelligence, engineering, or other technical domains.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience Recruiting talent in any of the following areas: IC design, validation, verification, software, hardware, systems engineering, or related technologies.

  • Experience in intelligence, defense, aerospace and government markets.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the business environment, competitors, labor market and general talent availability with examples of translating this to fact-based recommendations to hiring teams, managers or internal stakeholders.
