As a Technical Sourcing Specialist your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
Partner with Recruiters to manage, develop and execute on effective and efficient sourcing strategies.
Find, engage and activate passive candidates using various search techniques. Review, assess and refer active candidates through many of our onsite tools.
Serve as an ambassador for Intel as the initial point of contact with candidates through outreach and initial phone screens to determine fit.
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
Recommend and drive improvements that impact recruiting strategy.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years of Technical Sourcing or Full Cycle Technical Recruiting experience with a search firm, agency or inhouse recruiting team.
3+ years of experience in: Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management tools such as Taleo, Workday, Smashfly, etc.
Experience recruiting talent with a security clearance in cyber intelligence, engineering, or other technical domains.
Experience Recruiting talent in any of the following areas: IC design, validation, verification, software, hardware, systems engineering, or related technologies.
Experience in intelligence, defense, aerospace and government markets.
Demonstrated knowledge of the business environment, competitors, labor market and general talent availability with examples of translating this to fact-based recommendations to hiring teams, managers or internal stakeholders.
