Integration Engineers at Intel are active technical leaders inside and outside the company. Activities include participation in major industry and academic conferences, voting membership in international standards committees, generation of patents and technical papers.
LTD Pathfinding Integration Engineers are responsible for leading scientific research enabling the pathfinding, technology definition and development of innovative devices and silicon architectures. They explore, design, execute, and analyze pre-silicon and silicon experiments necessary to meet pathfinding specifications for the targeted process technology node. They participate in development of intellectual property. They define type and nature of equipment necessary to exploit understanding gained in process technology research (in collaboration with Components Research, external research partners and equipment suppliers). They work effectively with relevant internal and external partners to identify shortcomings, propose, and evaluate modifications to mitigate process integration and design issues. They modify and extend process flows to integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex silicon designs. They develop and test advanced Electronic Design Automation tools, creates flows/scripts to analyze and test design methodologies.

$149,430.00-$261,690.00
