Job Description

The Graphics Architecture team develops best in class graphics technology that is a critical part of our major product lines. We are looking for Intern engineers to work with our Graphics Performance Architecture team, who develops performance simulation models and infrastructure to evaluate state-of-the-art real-time rendering techniques and identify performance bottlenecks using micro-benchmarks and workloads.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Enablement of 3D and Compute workloads on architecture simulators.
  • Accurate measurement and post processing of key performance statistics across multiple environments.
  • Development of automated triage scripts to assist in performance bottleneck analysis.
  • Development of performance simulation model infrastructure.
  • Creation of detailed indicator charts showing current health and long term trends of our Graphics models.

Interns must be willing to do at least a 6+ month internship.


Qualifications

Minimum skills and experience:

Enrolled and working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

You must have 3+ months of educational or work experience in the following:

  • Programming skills, specifically scripting languages (Python)
  • Skills with data analysis, debugging and problem solving

Preferred skills and experience:


An ideal candidate will have knowledge and/or experience in some of the following:

  • Experience with common tools for database and processing
  • Experience with graphics design, validation, and performance analysis

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00 (Hourly Role)
