Job description
In this position, you will be part of the Israel Development Center Environment, Health and safety (EHS) team. Disciplines covered by the team include Environment, Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Occupational Health and Ergonomics. The team supports Intel's business units involved in Research and Development, Logistics, Warehousing, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources etc. You will be working independently, as well as in collaboration with the other team members. You will be supporting the different Intel campuses across Israel. As part of this position you will be involved in activities, such as but not limited to: Conducting ergonomics assessments to Intel employees and providing solutions/recommendations to the issues identified, delivering Ergonomic trainings to the employees and creating communication materials as part of the awareness plan, managing administration related to the scope (documentation, ergonomics accessories stock, etc.), providing ongoing ergonomics support to employees by responding to questions and requests.
The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision as well as to work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes the occupational health clinic, projects team and other teams in the organization. Additionally the job involves interaction with employees, managers and external suppliers.
The candidate should be available to work at least 3 working days per week, however there will be flexibility regarding working days during the exams period.
Qualifications
Previous background and/or experience in Ergonomics field-advantage.
