The LTD Thin Films team is comprised of modules that focus on cutting edge planarization techniques and thin films deposition, including metals, metal oxides and epitaxial silicon films, enabling rapid miniaturization of devices and mass production of integrated circuits. Day Shift Engineers (DSE) are the single point of contact for tool activities for a wide variety of platforms in a module. The DSEs report to a Shift Group Leader (SGL) and are part of a team that interacts with a wide array of people including Shift 1 Engineering Field Service Engineers (FSE) and Manufacturing Equipment Technicians (MET). To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for instrumentation development with the goal of developing a robust manufacturable process module.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (ex Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering ,etc) or expect the required degree by December 2021
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of process engineer experience in process control systems
Minimum of 6 months of experience in computer software Microsoft Office and database entry
Masters degree in a STEM field (ex Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering ,etc)
