ACM Architect

Job Description

The ACM Architect will:

  • Develop platform BIOS, reference code and related documentation for Intel silicon products such as next generation chipsets and processors.
  • Author BIOS specifications, creating chipset reference code and developing / supporting platform BIOS for Intel's CPUs and chipsets.
  • Work closely with Intel silicon design teams and be responsible for all software and BIOS related issues during the planning, development, and validation stages of the program.


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or related discipline and 9+ years of work experience; OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or related discipline and 6+ years of work experience

9+ years of experience in:

  • Secure Boot and resilience Technologies
  • Deep Understanding in Silicon and platform architecture and hands on experience in uEFI, ACPI, PCIe TCG , CXL implementation in client/server products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or related discipline and 4+ years of work experience
  • Hands on experience with intel TXT and Boot Guard Implementation
  •  Leadership on TCG and OCP technical forums
