We are looking for candidates with great enthusiasm for problem solving and excellent team collaboration skills to join our Functional Validation Team in bringing Intel's laptop and desktop CPU products to life.
Our team provides logical validation of Intel Core(TM) Client CPU products for the duration of the product life cycle from pre-silicon through post-silicon product release and customer support. In this role you will be responsible for test content creation, test plan definitions, execution of content, and debug of failures. Our Team frequently collaborates with the Architecture, Design, and Software developers, among others, providing you opportunity to meet a broad spectrum of the Intel Engineering Community.
You'll also be responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures. Our Team develops and utilizes a variety of skills with software scripting, automation, logic analyzers and other common engineering tools to debug and root cause failures before product launch. The ideal candidate requires a broad understanding of computer architecture and programming skills with Python or similar languages.
Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or closely related field and 4+ years of experience in:
