Technology Development Data Analytics and Automation group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. The Automation Software Engineer is responsible for development of next-generation Automation systems in the areas of semiconductor fab control, database applications, data analysis and equipment controller development, system architecture, and material handling control systems. The software engineer will also be responsible for developing and executing project plans and continuous improvement programs and tracking automation system performance.
Will be asked to occasionally provide on-call coverage for software in Intel's re
search factories as business needs require.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school, work and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
The candidate must possess Bacherlor’s, Master’s or Ph.D in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Management Information, Systems, or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Object Oriented programming (Java, C++, or Csharp)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Semiconductor Automation or Manufacturing Software systems
