About the Role:
The Recruiter will be responsible for providing the best Engineering Talent needed for the Technology and Development Organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Hold the Strategy Meeting with the Hiring Manager where we present talent insights and a tester slate to pre-close the Manager on candidate requirements set expectations and agree mutual service level agreements
Align our Sourcing colleagues on hiring requirements for all candidates from pipeline or external sources
Perform first round interviews with all applied candidates and make a decision on who is qualified to make it to our Final Slate
Present final slate to the hiring manager, agree on interviews and coordinate the process with our Talent Coordinator colleagues
Coach the hiring team on interview best practice, lead a debrief meeting to make a hiring decision and deliver the job offer to the successful candidate
Disposition unsuccessful interviewees back into our Talent Nurturing pipeline for future opportunities
Act as the first point of contact for the business area line managers on day-to-day recruitment activity
Work with the business to understand their recruitment needs, formulate recruitment plans, writing and assess job descriptions
Industry knowledge of the external business environment market trends, competitors labor market and general talent availability with examples of translating this to fact based recommendations to hiring teams managers or internal stakeholders
Learn and grasp quickly changing new and emerging technical roadmaps that effect hiring and skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent
Demonstrate agility and effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios work in a self-directed environment, grasp new concepts and come up to speed quickly in response to new assignments
Come up with out of the box solutions despite ambiguity and highlight and cover gaps as driven by business needs
A demonstrated history of success in the development of a diverse slate of candidates through the hire process
Provide a smooth and professional start to end candidate experience
Influence managers and other business group stakeholders to align internal efforts to the best recruiting approaches to hire the top candidates for their needs
Generate new ideas and creative solutions to problems while meeting talent deliverables
Develop plans and validate and drive operational response to the hiring manager business department talent requirements
Influence peers and management to effectively communicate and contribute to staffing strategies initiatives and sourcing plans
Advise/coach line managers on recruitment policies procedures best practices
Advise, customize and bring expertise to the candidate beyond the proposed role
Maintain the ATS system
Participate in Workforce planning sessions with the business to understand drivers and requirements and provide subject matter expertise in recruitment to include market conditions and competitor analysis
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
4 plus years of experience recruiting Engineers in a fast pace environment
Highschool Diploma or GED
Preferred qualifications:
High tech industry sector experience desirable

$52,000.00-$200,000.00
