Are you looking for a new challenge? Here's your opportunity to be part of an exciting team focused on making Intel the industry leader, driving disruptive computing changes to expand markets and continue growth for Intel.
As a Product Development Engineer your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Ensure the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp, with a focus on stress test content.
-Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits.
-Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.
-Create and test validation and production test hardware solutions.
-Characterize library cells using circuit simulation (SPICE)
-Be able to create scan content with user-defined-fault-models (UDFM)
-Fault simulate content to determine test & stress coverage.
-Optimize the content generation flow to increase stress coverage and reduce content generation time and content volume.
Qualifications
At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering/Electronics engineering/Computer Science) with 6 years exp. Scripting in Python and Linux Shell, familiarity with circuit simulation ( Specter /ADE / HSPICE/Finesim), and background knowledge in basic digital/analog circuit operation would be appropriate. Background knowledge of test/fault-model/ATPG concepts and knowledge of C or C++ is a plus.
