Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (with a minimum of 2 years of experience) or a Master's degree (with a minimum of 1 year of experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering or similar technical STEM degree
2+ years of experience in the following:
� C/C++ programming
� one or more of the following: sub-domains - security, audio, media, graphics, power and performance, camera, USB, sensors, touch, connectivity - BT/modem, display, WWAN, firmware/bios, Thunderbolt, or over-clocking.
� Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have the ability to work independently and in teams
� Knowledge of data structures, computer architecture, operating systems, and multithreaded programming
� Excellent verbal and written communication skills
� Using Presentation skills, ability to understand, specify and communicate requirements to marketing and engineering teams
� Technical fundamentals of Computer Architecture (SBIOS, Hardware, Driver), Operating systems (such as Windows 10, Linux or Chrome), and software development process
� Stakeholder and conflict management skills
Preferred qualifications:
� 2+ years of experience with one of software development, debug, validation, or integration
� 1+ Year of experience with any of the following:
o Win, Linux or Chrome OS with kernel/driver expertise
o Windows operating system fundamentals
o Agile/Scrum expertise
o Working with teams in different Geos
