Work with customer to understand various Deployment configuration
Develop solution design / Architecture that meets various deployment requirements in collaboration with Intel multi-domain technical teams
Perform detailed estimation for new features and customer requirements Define & create performance benchmark, data sheets, use cases and application notes Evaluate various RAN and networking vendor solution to find the best fitment based on performance, cost, timelines, etc Play trusted advisor role for customer on technology choices and recommendation
Design/Architecture Skills for Telco systems. Good understanding of 3GPP spec of 5G & ETSI MEC Experience of architecting, defining specifications and conceptualizing of a solution Experience in understanding customer requirement and translating them into system requirements Dimensioning of Systems based on Compute, memory, Networking needs of applications running on the system Good understand and working knowledge on Virtualization, Container concepts Good working knowledge on Network functions (DNS, DHCP, UPF, IPSec, Firewall, etc), systems and interfaces Working knowledge on Benchmarking KPI’s for Telco applications Good working knowledge of L1/L2/L3 layers of 5G Radio protocol layers Core expertise in LTE/5G RAN eNodeB/gNB design Experience in C-RAN, V-RAN, Network Synchronization, System modelling Knowledge of embedded processor architecture and communication interfaces desirable Experience with test equipment such as Network/Protocol/Packet analyzer and Performance Tools Knowledge of configuration management systems, Network function virtualization Working experience on OpenStack or Kubernetes Cloud native and container development Exposure to Golang and gRPC. Working experience ion DPDK Working experience in Edge platform frameworks
