CORE CPU Pre-Si Validation/Verification Intern

Job Description

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature US experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolworkclassesresearch andor relevant previous job andor internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must be pursuing a Masters degree in Electrical Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ months of experience with:

  • Presilicon verification and/or front end
  • Software programming languages ie C, C++ Visual Basic NET Perl Python Java etc
  • System Verilog Verilog VHDL and/or VCS or similar Simulator
  • Computer architecture and microarchitecture


Preferred Qualifications:

Any experience obtained through courses or projects:

  • Coverage driven validation
  • IPSOC ASIC Validation
  • Specman E and/or System Verilog OVMUVM
  • Software design and coding
  • x86 core architecture and instruction set

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00
