Business Operations Analyst

Job Description
Job Description: Management and distribution of authorized customer pricing within Intel PSG's direct and channel supported networks, validating all the information provided has traceability to an approved customer price agreement, thus ensuring alignment to Intel PSG's financial strategy and SOX requirements. Key Accountabilities: Issue Distributor Price Authorizations (DPAs) and/or Alternative Logistics Authorizations (ALNs) to support payment to our distribution partner for delivery of Intel PSG's solutions to our customers. Ensure all authorized DPAs/ALNs are issued in accordance with the current Distribution Margin Plans and in compliance with relevant Sarbanes Oxley and Internal Audit requirements and guidelines For assigned regions and distributor, research and approve transfer pricing, ensuring all required information and traceability to the approved customer price agreement is in place Work with the responsible Business Manager to resolve in a timely and efficient manner any pricing related queries from our distribution partners or customer service Responsible for evaluating and approving MSVP (Market Segment Value Pricing) quotes to verify compliance with our pricing policies In partnership with the Business Management team support preparation, processing and maintain contract pricing in both Siebel and SAP systems ensuring contract uploads are processed correctly in support of Intel PSGs direct customer engagement models and administer assigned customer pricing agreements throughout the validity period Develop a strong working relationship with Business Management, TAM's, ISR's, Mgmt and Distribution in your assigned regions ensuring that all relevant parties are kept updated and trained on business operations activities Champion innovation to streamline, simplify and strengthen our policies and procedures Work with teammates in other regions to drive consistency and share best practices in the spirit of continuous improvement Identify, define, and drive system and process enhancements that improve efficiency in our pricing practices


Qualifications College grad or equivalent Must be fluent in English Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Distributor related experience an advantage Strong leadership skills Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Proficient computer skills required Intermediate to advanced Excel skills SFDC Experience a plus Strong analytic ability Attentive to detail Knowledge of SAP systems are preferable Pricing and Quoting experience in the semi conductor business is preferred
