Define DFX methodology, architecture and implementation strategies for FPGA SoC.
Lead subsystem DFX architecture.
Perform pre-silicon ATPG and assist to bring post-silicon ATPG to production.
Close collaboration with Design Team to implement DFX requirements, define scan insertion, MBIST, test mode STA and debug strategies for TTM.
Partner with Product Engineering and Q and R teams to deliver DFX solutions to meet test cost, test time, yield and quality.
BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years DFX experience, with 2+ years in DFX architecture definition.Inside this Business Group
