To manage Software Programs and Projects that are directly tied to the development of silicone development including managing platform HW/ SW dependencies across the platform. Your specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Manages program of large and global scope throughout all phases of product life cycle
� Leads the SW program and key program interface in Core Team and Mission Control meetings
� Leads decision making at program level for SW
� Develops, monitors and adjusts program schedule and take action as appropriate
� Negotiates and coordinate program milestone and schedule with broader Silicone development teams
� Identifies and manages interdependencies and integration activities across SW and HW teams and stakeholders
� Identifies risks and work with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation plan
� Exercises judgement and discretion to remove obstacles and redefine approaches
� Owns communication and report out to different levels of program and management
� Sets direction and business operations in support of program goals, influences cross functional strategies relevant to program goals
� Drive cross functional teams root cause analysis and resolution
� Partners with SW Product Owner and Engineering Manager for program prioritization, change management and schedule alignment
� Has an understanding of technical concept, architecture and system, development methods and utilizes knowledge to accelerate program execution
Qualifications
� 7+ years of program management experience
� Knowledge of FPGA
� Strong sense of ownership and organizational skills
� Strong verbal and written communication skills
� Excellent negotiating and stakeholder management skills
� Strong cross functional and organization communication
� Strategic and critical thinking to wide range of difficult problems
� Outstanding problem solving skills, attention to details and able to work cross-sites
� Experience with product development lifecycle and management
� PMP or equivalent is plus
