Technology Development Factory Automation Support Team (FAST) is looking for an Engineering Technician. This individual will have the opportunity to learn a variety of technical and manufacturing skills, from operations to computing equipment repair and troubleshooting, in a demanding and challenging production environment.
In this position you will be providing first-line support for factory Automation issues in Intel's Ronler Acres development factories (D1, TSV) as well as the pathfinding factory (RP1) and Sort facilities in the Aloha campus (AFO_Sort, Die-Sort and Die-Prep).
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Providing real-time customer support via call center in the RA3 FAST office for both data Automation systems and the Automated Martial Handling System (AMHS)
Responsible for identifying issues in Automation and partnering with product owners for resolution and drive improvements to the Automation systems; responsible for client hardware and software installation; responsible for maintenance of Automation equipment in the clean room, computer room, and sub-fab.
Provide touch services including winclient/monitor replacement in the FAB.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must possess at least one of the following educational or experience requirements:
Candidate must possess an Associate's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Mechanical/Technical Certification or equivalent.
Minimum of 3+ years of equivalent military training in Mechanics Electronics / Avionics / Automotive Mechanics / Maintenance / EOD / Equipment / Repairers / Systems / Technician / Sonar Training or Construction related trades.
Minimum of 2 year of Semiconductor experience at Maintenance or as Manufacturing Technician.
