D1 Etch Area Coordinator

Job Description

Etch is looking for an Area Coordinator (AC) in D1 LTD. The AC is responsible for supporting and enabling the etch functional area.


Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Execution of a variety of projects such as Install/Qual.

  • (I/Q) ramps, equipment demos, process transfers, tool layout, and approving layout changes.

  • Design review quality, including ensuring accuracy in local site and reference packages.

  • Tool forecasting, creating purchase requisitions, and tracking capital budget.

  • Program management and ensuring status of programs/projects are communicated and milestones are met.

  • Manage a team of tool owners executing the install activities.

  • The AC has significant safety expectations including promoting safety programs, collaborating with CS Construction on safe performance, and acting as the primary point of contact for general safety improvements.

  • The AC must be a technical leader capable of influencing and collaborating with upstream and downstream customers, stakeholders in technology development, and partners in CS, FI, GSC.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below may be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, or a technical associates degree with a minimum of 10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, or 15+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.

  • 3+ years past installation and design roles related to fab process equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ people management experience.

  • 3+ years’ experience with:

  • Intel finance systems the CPA process, Capital procurement process, Intel Shopping Cart, etc.

  • Intel Base build and Tool Install processes; Tool Install design facilities systems and organizations (understand SEED process and document is a plus).

  • Tool install teams, construction process and experience interfacing with construction contractors and virtual factory counterparts.
