Basic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science EE or related field 8 years experience developing UEFI BIOS and system software on server Solid knowledge of IA32 platform architecture Proficiency in C and/or assembly programming with experience on modular software design Experienced in UEFI EDK/EDK2 and tools Knowledge of software engineering practices including design reviews, code reviews, source control management, build processes and testing Fluent in verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin Self-motivated and highly disciplined Good team player Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science, EE or related field with 6 years developer experience Experience with server platform enabling, complex server feature solution BIOS/firmware development Experience with rapid iteration prototypes and joint hardware/firmware development Experience in collaborating across multiple Geos and functional teams like silicon design, board design and validation teams
