Intel Synthetic OS tools development is growing in Guadalajara and looking for a leader to set priorities, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
You will be part of the Intel Validation Engineering group - a crosssite team developing high performance, high complexity tools for use in validation of SoC and IP subsystem across all of Intels product lines. You will gain a deep understanding of Intel architecture and microarchitecture how they are designed and validated. You will work with Core and UnCore designers architects pre and postsilicon validation teams and your team to define and implement new software features to cover new hardware features improve existing functionality for better stimuli, debuggability and throughput.

The candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 6 years of experience OR a Masters degree with 3 years of experience in:
Product quality software development in C on Linux
Algorithms data structures and design patterns
Excellent software design / architecture skills
Experience in using scripting languages eg Python BASH
Intermediate to Advanced English Level
Experience with modern processors and system architecture including assembly level programming
Experience in leading large scale object oriented application development
Experience with Intel silicon and platform validation concepts and methodologies
Hardware/Software validation debugging experience
Experience with Driver and Kernel Development
Experience with project or program management
