As iVE Client System Validation manager you will be managing team of validation engineers locally. You will:
Set priorities for the team get results across boundaries ensure an inclusive work environment,
Develop employees and manage performance plans
Provide resources for and direct activities in engineering function to meet schedules standards and cost
Cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values norms and behaviors
Identify and analyze problems, plans tasks and solutions
Provides guidance on employee development performance and productivity issues
Plans and schedules daily tasks
Uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices (Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense)
At least 8 years of relevant validation design experiences.
System validation concept / knowledge required
Familiarity with Intel Architecture is required
Strong leadership, with proven successful track record in project management for product development required
Strong communication with a clear and concise manner to lead the team to deliver the goal.
Resilient and able to deal with uncertainty that arises from project issues, and quickly turn into solution-centric progress.
Self-driven and comfortable working in globally dispersed teams.
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills will be essential.
