An exciting opportunity to join the Sales Commissions and Incentives team working in a fast-moving and complex environment, delivering critical commission and incentive administration and partnership to the Intel sales teams. The role is highly visible to some of SMG's leadership and other partners.
Responsibilities may include:
On-time and accurate preparation and administration of the Intel sales commission plan, including data audits.
Answer pay and other inquiries from sales people around the globe.
Track and analyze individual performances during payroll cycles, and more.
Ensuring team and salesperson/manager compliance with legal requirements and process standards.
Drive sales management awareness of commission performance and adherence to policies and business process improvement initiatives.
Global project work, input to global training content and communications, delivery of stakeholder training and tools implementations.
Handle and prioritize multiple tasks/projects at a time.

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in areas like finance, sales, projects, strategy, operations or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related.
- 1+ years of experience with Excel, including the use of pivot tables and other complex formulas.
- 1+ year of previous sales compensation experience preferred.
