Your Future Challenge:
You will work in partnership with the assigned business groups and managers at all levels, to understand hiring forecasts, current and future skillset requirements, providing guidance, support and recommendations on recruitment strategies & tactics, latest industry trends, as well as top quality candidates throughout the entire recruitment process including offer development and delivery, ensuring excellent hiring manager & candidate experience is at the core of everything you do.
You will engage with, select and hire top technical talent by designing and developing innovative and creative hiring plans that cover the entire life cycle of a candidate from a prospect to an Intel employee. You will be part of the team that define and set the infrastructure for recruitment processes. You will execute those processes, making sure hiring targets are met on time and influencing getting the right talent to the right place.
You are a seasoned recruitment professional, with an experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions in Technology field. In order to thrive in our international & diverse environment, you need to be fluent in Business English and comfortable working with new and emerging technologies.
By possessing good understanding of Technology industry (skill sets, trends, competition etc.) you have the ability to influence business decisions and direction relative to hiring requirements, needs and strategy. You are comfortable with working with data and have the ability to translate the insights into conclusions, recommendations and action plans. You know what it takes to successfully manage and engage with stakeholders/ customers - you are not afraid of managing expectations and escalations, neither. Your high flexibility and agility makes you able to easily move between recruitment areas and business groups, as well as deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment. You are the role model when it comes to teamwork, building relationships, project management and partnership behaviors.
