About the role -
As a Digital Test Engineer you will be working on the organization's core products, holding an important role in leveraging the connection of Manufacturing to Design and Architecture, translating designs into products. The unique combination of HW and SW will ensure daily technological challenges in a variety of working environments.
In this role you will be engaged at Intel CPU design and manufacturing process starting tech readiness through design and manufacturing stages of Intel products. During Tech Readiness pre-silicon phase, you will define, document, and perform Design for Testing (DFT) and functionality validation. You will write test plans and test vectors for different design blocks, scripts to improve test efficiency and evaluate test content generation. During post-silicon phases, you will perform, Silicon testing, Silicon debug, Design validation, parametric Silicon testing and characterization. You will work closely with designers and fellow Product Development Engineers to execute, optimize, and improve test coverage and product cost effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent interpersonal communication and team work.
Hands-on lab/debug experience with measurement and debug tools such as high-end technology equipment - Advantage
Ability to program in any programming languages such as MATLAB, C++, and PYTHON - Advantage
Knowledge of CPU electrical interconnects, and general knowledge of operating systems - Advantage
