About Ethernet Product Group
The Ethernet Product Group (EPG) is responsible for delivering leadership Ethernet solutions for Intel’s Data Platform Group (DPG). EPG’s product portfolio consists of Ethernet controllers and adapters, Infrastructure Processor Unit (IPUs), and Integrated Ethernet IP for network targeted SOCs. These products are designed to meet the requirements for Cloud and Communications Service Providers, Network Equipment Manufacturers, Enterprise Data Centers, and the Internet of Things. The products and technologies provide compelling industry differentiation and are responsible for enabling double-digit percentage revenue growth for DPG.
About the Role
The Director of Business Execution is an executive level position managing EPG’s Strategic Planning, Product Marketing, and Business Acceleration teams. The Business Execution team defines EPG’s roadmap, owns product positioning, launch strategies and portfolio management, and works with Intel’s Sales and Marketing Group on customer strategy.
The role requires executive level decision making for product roadmaps, product launches and positioning, and customer go-to-market strategy. The Business Execution team is responsible to planning and managing a billion-dollar Ethernet product portfolio. The role is customer facing with regular attendance at customer executive meetings and is a focal point for customer escalations.

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. MBA or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience leading strategic planning, marketing, and business development teams for connectivity solutions sold into Enterprise and Data Center markets.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of industry thought leadership and delivering business results.
Strong communication and influencing skills including experience presenting to executives, customers, and technical audiences.
Intimate knowledge of the Ethernet ecosystem and experience working with industry partners, developer community, and customers in a strategic role.
Extraordinary teamwork and collaboration are required with a strong customer service orientated attitude and mindset.
Understanding of Intel's Data Center and Connectivity Group customers and underlying technologies, ecosystem of vendors, product portfolio (CPUs, network & storage), and general data center market trends.
