Product Data Management Solution Analyst

Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for the development of Product Data Management business process related solutions for internal enterprise products supporting design, planning and manufacturing. This role defines business needs, develops a product and data solutions to meet those needs, reviews the engineering completion and testing for validation of overall application.

The ideal candidate will bring supply chain and/or product engineering subject matter expertise (Intel and Industry best know methods), business process and data architecture experience, influencing and negotiating skills to drive and deliver business process designs for outcomes.

In this role as a Product Data Management Solution Analyst your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Designing of Product Data Management business processes and application validation for large complex programs.
  • Driving definition of solutioning; covering aspects of requirements elicitation, alignment with adjacent business processes, validation, and deployment of the solution to global user base.
  • Working closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design and deliver capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes.
  • Maximizing the value of solution direction and the work of the Delivery Team by clearly expressing Backlog items and priorities to the train Product Manager and Product Owners.
  • Maintain/build stakeholder relationships, effectively prioritize business in-take and communicate across the teams to generate and deliver desired business value.
  • Manage the transition of design to execution, including the governance and user adoption required to achieve the desired business outcomes and value.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree in Data Information Management, Computer Science or any other related field.


Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in:

  • Technical software.
  • Agile/SCRUM/SAFe framework.
  • Designing and deploying solutions for bills of materials (BOM) management including design, planning and manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain domain knowledge or Product Engineering knowledge
