The Wireline and Core Network Division's Cable Access Team (part of Data Platform Group- Network Platform Group) is responsible for delivering both Xeon server and embedded solutions using Xeon-D or Atom based systems-on-a-chip for the Cable Access Segment. We build and test solutions that help drive Intel Architecture systems, network cards, and technologies into Multi-System-Operator Cable Networks. We are looking for help to purchase/configure our lab and data center equipment, maintain/repair it, and track/ship units as required. For some projects, we build systems, custom prototypes, and demos from parts which requires some hands-on assembly.
Schedule consists of a regular five-day work week. Requires physical access to Arizona/Chandler site.
