This is an exciting leadership role in a new team in Intel India The Custom Logic IP Solutions Engineering CISE team delivers cutting-edge IPs and Solutions tailored for Intel FPGA technology The team is looking for experienced verification/validation engineers to join our team CISE teams have the breadth of software firmware and hardware logic design expertise to serve the entire End-to-End solution enabling You will be part of cutting edge technology development and be an integral part of our logic design team involved in various system level aspects like device enabling developing software device drivers driving timing closure validation and debug of next generation Intel FPGAs You will also be responsible for architecting test bench environments developing verification tools and flows as needed creating comprehensive test plans defining and running simulation models implementing corrective measures for failures analyzing failure reviewing verification results against coverage matrix writing analyzing and achieving coverage goals Work closely with customers to understand their systems and provide highly optimized solutions.
Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 7-9 yrs experience or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 5-7 yrs experience in ASIC or FPGA hardware IP design and verification
o In depth knowledge of Verilog System Verilog FPGA design FPGA design software
o Exposure to high speed serial protocols: PCIe, CXL, Ethernet will be preferred
o Capable of building block and system level testbench from scratch using System Verilog experienced in UVM constrained random coverage driven concepts assertion based verification and functional coverage techniques
o In depth knowledge and experience in UVM, OVM
o Experience in Design and verification tools simulation tools and debug tools
o End-to-end System level experience including design software firmware and hardware
o Good programming skills: C, C++, perl, python, tcl, etc.
o Proactive self-motivated and quick learner
o Good team spirit and ability to deliver to schedule
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
o Must have experience working closely with customers understanding their systems and providing optimized solutions.
