In this position, you will work as Ultra-Pure water(UPW) and Liquid Industrial Waste (LIWS) technician. You will be interacting with engineering as well as other operation technicians maintaining ultra-pure water and LIWS systems.

The successful candidate will be required to work a compressed workweek schedule. 

The Facilities Process Technician, Ultra-Pure Water, and Liquid Industrial Waste will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Operating and maintaining ultra-pure water and Liquid Industrial Waste systems which support our operations facilities

  • Performing routine preventative and corrective maintenance procedures on UPW and LIWS systems

  • Utilizing quality systems and diagnosing process issues related to Reverse Osmosis, Filtration, Ion Exchange, Ultra Violet Light Sterilization, etc.

  • Maintaining Analytical equipment and creating the Statistical reports (Preventative Excursion Management Systems)

  • Utilizing Maximo Maintenance planning software

  • Interacting with the factory and other customers and stakeholders

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess one of the following:

  • Associate of Arts or Associate of Science Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, a Water program or related field.

  • Military service with 1+ years of work experience in Ultra-pure water operations or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • David H. Paul UPW certification or equivalent.

  • Facilities maintenance experience.

  • Proficiency in Maximo and ICMTL, SPEED.
