NAND Products and Solutions Group Rotation Program - SK

Job Description

This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK Hynix. (You can read more about the transaction in the press release - The transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business storage solutions, including client and enterprise SSDs, in the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data.

As the global leader in the semiconductor industry, Intel possesses industry-leading SSD technology and the most capable Triple Level Cell (TLC) and Quadruple Level Cell (QLC) NAND Flash products. In this position, you will be part of a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK Hynix.
This position aligns to Phase 1 of the transaction, which includes the 3DNAND enterprise and client SSD business. Phase 1 is expected to close in late 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. At deal close, all employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition to SK Hynix.

Beginning Summer 2021. Join Intel's NAND Products and Solutions Group (NPSG) two year rotation program. This is a two year rotation program and will include three eight-month rotations within the NPSG organization helping participants to find their desired career path. This exciting program offers participants a unique opportunity to experience multiple roles and teams, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and build their professional network.

This two year program features challenging rotations that offer exposure to NPSG's product portfolio, business processes and access to our internal network of professionals.
Program participants go through three rotation assignments, eight months each, to learn about the organization through engaging with the business units, products, operations, customers, communications, marketing and sales. You will experience different stages of programs and discover where your aptitude and passions can be maximized to deliver value to the company.

Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the basic knowledge of Intel's memory and storage products, technologies, business processes, and customers

  • Build robust NPSG acumen with exposure across sales, marketing, and operations

  • Help drive critical business and organizational goals in business related rotations

  • Play an active role in the rotation program evolution and development

  • Work with program managers to develop sales, marketing, operations, and leadership skills

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Supply Chain or related fields.

  • Minimum 1 internship or relevant work experience in marketing, business, or operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ months of sales, marketing, or operations experience (school, internship, etc.)

  • Minimum 1+ year leadership experience working on teams (ie: Teacher's assistant, within National Associations, teams or leadership programs)

  • Experience with technology products
