You will be part of exciting team in Corporate Quality Network supporting Intel Optane Group (IOG) that is a leading the development and productization of Optane technology for use as Persistent memory and SSDs addressing the Data center and client market segments. You will be directing Quality & Reliability Engineering team that will be responsible for technology development and timely qualification (PRQ) & HVM shipment of 3DXP silicon as key component into memory amd Solid State Drive (SSD) product. In this role, you will lead a team of 15 technical resources covering various aspects of Q&R engineering activities such as quality & reliability data generation, analysis & failure analysis towards successful 3D-NAND silicon technology certification, qualification and ramp. You will closely collaborate with other teams involved in the same journey in Rio Rancho Tech Development (Fab11x in New Mexico) and 3DXP technology and product engineering to set strategic directions & allocate resources to achieve the Q&R goals and objectives. As the responsible leader of this group, you will focus on organizational developments including employee talent/skills development and performance management.
