In the hardware development of platforms for the data center business of Intel, you will routinely apply signal integrity fundamentals to find a solution space, provide routing rules and review implementation. Other tasks include verifying measured results correlating to predicted simulations. Several interfaces are covered on various projects simultaneously. You will be involved in all aspects of the design from material pathfinding and early routing studies as well as interface routing rule development, layout checking, and test result reviews.
In this process, you will continuously interact with other signal integrity peers and stakeholders across several groups and geographies to accomplish high quality and timely designs for our platforms and customers. In addition, you will be involved with Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) experts to help develop solid guidelines for our platforms that will ensure that EMI benchmarks are met. You may also be required to help root cause EMI failures should they occur. Lastly, as a senior engineer, you will be expected to mentor and guide your peers and develop a strong network across organizations and geographies while making strategic contributions that model Intel values.
