We are a part of Intel PESG – Product Enablement Solutions Group - which develops tools and solutions used for Intel product design, verification, optimization, and validation.
Intel Israel Software team is seeking software engineers to join us.
We are working on challenging VLSI electrical verification software, that impact Intel projects worldwide. Our software is vital throughout the entire electrical circuit verification process of CPU design.
Our products are used internally by Electrical Engineers to ensure their designs are robust for error-free electrical operation.
We are extending our technology to support the growing demands of the latest VLSI manufacturing technologies, and to improve our modeling of new and complex electrical circuits.
A diverse interest and skillsets in both electrical and software engineering would be an advantage.
We code in C++ and TCL, providing both batch APIs and state-of-the-art GUI for enhanced debug and analysis work.
The Job would include enhancing and supporting Intel’s in-house Signal-Integrity CAD tool (Static Noise Analysis), for design teams across the entire company.
• BSc or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• SW design skills.
• Team player.
• Ability and motivation to learn new skills and domains.
• High work ethics.
Inside this Business Group
• Experience in coding and debugging in C++.
• Experience in system engineering and ability to tackle large software projects.
• Knowledge in VLSI, digital and analog circuit modeling, CPU design and spice simulations.
• Experience with Unix, knowledge of Office tools.
• Fluency in English.
The Infrastructure and Platform Solutions Group (IPSG) builds the silicon and platform infrastructure for Intel's silicon design teams. IPSG is comprised of a reusable pool of infrastructure IP blocks, design enabling services such as tools and automation, and a best-in-class post silicon ecosystem that ramps quickly to high volume manufacturing and validation. Our primary mission is to protect Intel's brand by providing the infrastructure necessary to enable all of Intel's products to hit the market on a dependable and predictable cadence.
