Job Description
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storagebusiness to SK hynix (You can read more about the transaction in the press release - The transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage solutions, including client and enterprise SSDs, in the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data. This is an exciting time - come join our NPSG Global Operations team. This position aligns to Phase 1 of the transaction, which includes the 3DNAND enterprise and client SSD business. Phase 1 is expected to close in late 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. At deal close, all employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition to SK hynix. We are currently looking for a Department, Training and Communications Manager to support the NPSG Global Operations organization. About the role: This role will report to the Chief of Staff to the Global Operations Vice President and will be expected to work closely with department directors, managers, administrative assistants, the NPSG Communications office and Human Resources to coordinate and program manage department-wide meetings, trainings and communications. This role requires managing complex projects and processes that are focused on business processes, organization, communication, and other areas related to corporate policies or general business operations. Manages day to day operations for the organization, develops solutions, interprets and applies business processes. Takes care of the project or program schedule with a focus on quality. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: � Collaborating with executive TAs, CoS, Operations, Communication Managers and other stakeholders within NPSG to set strategic communications plans in support of organizational objectives � The planning and implementation of internal communication projects, programs, and events including Newsletters, SharePoint, Department Meetings and Great Place to Work and Community Service events � Measuring results and identifying new trends and methods that can improve communication effectiveness � Working with subject matter experts to develop training content for the worldwide global operations organizations. Plan and execute in-person and virtual training classes on a quarterly cadence. � Build relationships with managers and employees for service, influencing and coaching � Application of org development, learning, diversity in the business group, function and regions The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits/skills: � Highly motivated self-starter with the skills to perform under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple objectives and/or projects simultaneously along with a high degree of organization and attention to detail � Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams experiences are a must � Ability to work successfully within worldwide organization � Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills � Data Analytics: understand how to pull, analyze and influence with data � Positive attitude, problem solving, decision making, takes initiative, creative thinker � Organize/prioritizes tasks independently � Proven teamwork and networking skills � Ability to build strong relationships within/outside department to effectively support the organization � Manages diverse responsibilities while maintaining a high level of performance and composure � Recognizes potential issues in advance and proactively mitigates � Self-starter and can work with minimal supervision and direction, comfortable with ambiguity � Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic work environment


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education classes and relevant previous job experience. Minimum Qualifications: � An undergraduate degree in a communications or marketing-related field or equivalent industry experience � 5+ years experience driving internal communications, marketing, or technical communications. Preferred Qualifications: � 1+ year Experience in communications writing � 1+ year Experience with Office365, SharePoint, Target Mailer, Teams � 1+ year Video development and production, inhouse or collaborating with agencies
